Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Grand Line Logistics website only. The investor relationship — including operations, settlements, fees, and obligations — is governed by the Management Services Agreement (between you and Grand Line Logistics) and the Master Equipment Lease (between you and the motor carrier). In any conflict between these Terms and those signed agreements, the signed agreements control for investor matters.

Use of the site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or access areas you are not authorized to use.

Dispute resolution

The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute relating to your use of the site through informal negotiation by emailing hello@gograndline.com. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Disputes relating to the investor relationship are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the Management Services Agreement and the Master Equipment Lease, which control over this section for investor matters.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
