What we look for

Requirements.

  • Valid Class A or Class E CDL (or hot-shot non-CDL eligibility based on equipment)
  • Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR or hot-shot experience
  • Clean MVR and DOT medical card
  • Pass DOT drug screen and background check
  • Strong communication and professional, customer-facing presentation
